Pets are a part of the family, and so we clean up after them as well! During service we recommend that you do keep your pet somewhere they will be comfortable — not all of our furry friends like the sound of vacuums or unfamiliar people in their space. Let us know how you'd like to handle your pet ahead of time to keep them safe and happy.

Do we need to clear the room furniture before a visit?

All small furniture and anything of value will need to be cleared from the area that is to be cleaned. Any large furniture that will need to be moved will be moved by a technician that is carrying out the work.

Absolutely not we will carry out every aspect of the carpet clean which includes a thorough vacuum of your carpet.

What is the drying time?

What is the drying time?

All drying times are different but most carpets are touch dry within 1 hour depending on the fibres and the pile depth. We would recommend allowing 2 to 3 hours drying time for the carpet to be totally dry.
